Welcome letter - 132nd IATP Conference

Dear Delegate,  

Welcome to our 132^nd IATP Conference.

We are pleased to welcome you to Bali, a destination where natural beauty and cultural heritage come together in perfect harmony. From its iconic terraced rice fields and ancient temples to the vibrant and welcoming communities, Bali offers an inspiring setting for our time together. As we gather here for the conference, we encourage you to engage in productive discussions and collaboration and enjoy the social events prepared for you. At the February 2025 Conference, IATP Membership reached another record of 138 Member Airlines and 44 Associate Members. At this conference, new Member Airlines and Associate Members will join the organization; we warmly welcome them. We kindly invite all first-time attendees and Observer Airlines to attend the introductory sessions. All senior delegates are invited to devote particular attention to the first-time attendees.

First-time attendees and all delegates who would like to refresh their knowledge on IATP-related activities are invited to attend the Introduction Sessions:

Following the interest shown in the recent survey regarding the possibility of introducing the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to the existing pooling sessions, we are pleased to announce that a dedicated meeting has been scheduled to review the project, the open questions and define the next steps. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, at 11:00, and we warmly invite all interested delegates to attend this meeting.

We take the opportunity to remind you that the Engines Pool Group meeting is scheduled on Saturday 27 September at 13:30. The IATP goal with this pooling section is to help the IATP Airline Members to resolve quickly, efficiently and with competitive fees unscheduled engine removals.

Finally, we kindly remind all Members about the importance to attend both General Assemblies (1 & 2) in order to be counted as “present”. If any of your Airline representatives is unable to participate in any of the General Assemblies, please make sure to be represented by Proxy; a Proxy Form is available on the IATP Platform under “Online Forms”.
